Through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other therapeutic approaches, I can help get your relationship back on track. My role is to provide a safe place for both of you to share underlying feelings and fears, to identify unhealthy patterns, and explore new ways of understanding each other. By increasing your capacity for empathy and compassion, by rebuilding your connection with each other, you can continue your journey together, problem-solving any obstacles that arise with a renewed awareness of each other’s needs.
